Getting Started

Sessions are conducted via a secure, private video platform. Once you schedule your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique session link. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space, a device with a camera and microphone, and a reliable internet connection. No special software downloads are required.

Yes. We offer a complimentary 15-minute introduction call to help us understand your needs and ensure Haddox Mental Wellness is the right fit for you — with no obligation.

Sessions & Scheduling

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. The initial intro call is 15 minutes and is free of charge. Session length can be discussed and adjusted based on your individual needs.

Absolutely. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointment slots, including weekends, to accommodate your lifestyle, work schedule, and time zone across the United States.

Life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling whenever possible. Simply contact us by phone or email and we will find an alternative time that works for you.

Privacy & Topics

Your privacy is our highest priority. Everything you share in sessions is strictly confidential. We adhere to professional ethical standards and applicable privacy laws to ensure your information is never disclosed without your explicit consent, except in cases required by law.

We cover a wide range of mental wellness topics including stress and anxiety management, emotional processing, life transitions, relationship challenges, personal growth, goal setting, self-confidence, work-life balance, grief, and more. If you are unsure whether your topic is covered, simply reach out — we are happy to discuss it.

Haddox Mental Wellness provides wellness consultations and coaching support. We are not a clinical therapy or psychiatric service. If you require clinical mental health treatment, we encourage you to also work with a licensed therapist or medical professional. Our services complement clinical care but do not replace it.
