1. Services
Haddox Mental Wellness provides online wellness consultations, coaching, and guidance services. These services are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute clinical mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or medical advice.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to adults aged 18 and over residing in the United States. By scheduling a consultation, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
4. Limitation of Liability
Haddox Mental Wellness is not liable for outcomes resulting from wellness consultations. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a licensed crisis line immediately.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
